Latest Updates from Our Project:

End of June Fulfillment Update
over 2 years ago – Wed, Jul 07, 2021 at 07:08:24 AM

Hello, backers!

As we move into July, officially the final month of fulfillment, we're back to check in on our progress and let you know the state of fulfillment.

Fulfillment Update

Fulfillment is nearly finished! The project currently stands at over 95% fulfilled. We'll be wrapping up everything in the next couple of weeks, and that will close the books for the Kickstarter pledges. At that point, we'll move on to pre-orders, for which we've already begun production.

Pre-order Store CLOSED, Pre-orders charging soon

Pre-orders have been closed for this project since we're virtually done fulfilling the Kickstarter pledges. At this point, we're locking all the pre-orders to get our final order numbers, and then we will move directly to fulfilling those.

With shipping almost ready to start, that means it's time to charge all cards on file for pre-orders. We will be charging all pre-orders on Thursday, July 8th. If you have an outstanding pre-order, please plan accordingly.

The Moon Rises, the Moon Falls...

Thank you for your support of this project! It's always fun to get into the spirit of Halloween with other lovers of the holiday, and it always feels great to send the resulting products out into the world. As the last rewards go out, though, we know what's on your mind... what have we got in store for this year? Has the sun set on our Halloween offerings, or will the moon rise again? Will the Corrupted Collection return this fall?

With this project still in active fulfillment, it would be putting the cart before the headless horseman to speculate concerning the follow-up at this time. For now, we thank you again for your support and ask for your patience while we focus on fulfilling the last of this project. After that's done, we can talk about what is or is not coming down the line. We hope you won't judge us too harshly for remaining quiet in the meantime, and-

Okay, fine, we know we're not fooling anyone. We *might* have an idea in store, but the focus right now is on a strong finish for the Corrupted Collection II, and until then, the details on the follow-up will have to wait. After all, the devil's in the details, as they say... so let's just wrap this one up before we tempt fate. Deal?

Mid-June Fulfillment Update
almost 3 years ago – Tue, Jun 15, 2021 at 09:05:48 PM

Hello, backers!

A new month is upon us. How is our fulfillment going? Let's check in and see.

Fulfillment Update

Fulfillment continues! At this point, we look to be about 84% fulfilled on the campaign as a whole, with nearly half of June shipped out. We're currently awaiting boxes from our packaging supplier that will allow us to finish up the June wave, but these are unfortunately taking a while. We're working to get these as soon as possible, and as soon as they're in, we'll box and ship the remaining product.

Last Call to Respond to the Survey!

As we mentioned last time, there are about 40 backers that have not responded to the survey or chosen their items. If you're one of them, please respond to your BackerKit invitation email immediately. Anyone failing to respond by the start of July will lose the ability to place an order for the Kickstarter, and instead have their pledge converted to credit at WyrmwoodGaming.com with a Gyft Certificate in that amount issued to their Kickstarter email address.

Another reminder from the prior update - pre-orders for this project will be closed at the end of this month, as we'll be extremely close to wrapping up fulfillment.

Pre-orders for Dice by Wyrmwood & Dispel

When one door closes, another one opens, they say, and that's true of Wyrmwood pre-orders! Our latest campaign, Dice by Wyrmwood & Dispel, had a fantastic run on Kickstarter, featuring gemstone and glass dice from Wyrmwood paired with original, sharp-edged resin dice from Dispel. While the campaign is over, pre-orders are still available - click here to see everything the project has to offer.

The End is Near

Thank you for your support of this project. As we near the completion of fulfillment, we'll keep you posted. Look for another update on the first with the latest!

End of May Fulfillment Update
almost 3 years ago – Wed, Jun 02, 2021 at 12:12:02 PM

Hello, backers!

A new month is upon us. How is our fulfillment going? Let's check in and see.

Fulfillment Update

Last week was a challenge. At the start of the week, due to some supplier delays, we were short on packaging and some other items needed to ship out about half of the May rewards. However, all the needed items arrived... on Thursday. Over the course of Thursday and Friday, we diverted resources to shipping and boxing to get out everything we could. How did it go? Pretty well - about 30 backers from May are still waiting on their orders. These mostly consist of Masterwork Mausoleums - our supplier of silver stringing got us the wrong size material, so we needed to wait for the right stuff to come in. It finally did, so many of them WERE completed on time, but a couple dozen were not, unfortunately.

The good news is, all the Mausoleums that were waiting on the stringing were advanced as far as possible along the production path so that once the stringing did arrive they could be completed in short order; they are being completed by the day, and should go out quite soon.

Limited Edition Art Prints

There was one more issue; about 75% of the backers who ordered a limited edition art print (across all tiers, not just April and May) were impacted by a software issue that will require action to correct. We have emailed all affected backers with the details of the problem, so if you ordered a limited edition print, please be on the lookout for this message, which was sent directly to you via email (not via Kickstarter), and be sure to let us know if you need any help

June and Beyond

We're quite well-positioned, on the whole, heading into June. We'll check in on the 15th to let you know how it's going. As we move through fulfillment, we've found there are still a good number of backers that have not responded to the survey, or selected add-on items.

If you have not responded to the survey, it's not too late... but it's about to be! Any backer that hasn't responded has had their pledge advanced to the July fulfillment wave. As that is the last fulfillment wave for the Kickstarter, any backer that fails to respond before the end of June will lose the ability to place an order for the Kickstarter, have their pledge converted to credit at WyrmwoodGaming.com, and have a Gyft Certificate in that amount issued via email.

As we're nearing the end of fulfillment, we'll be closing down pre-orders for this project at the end of June, as well. We'll keep you posted if that changes!

Thanks you for your continued support as we move towards the end of fulfillment for the project.

Mid-May Fulfillment Update
almost 3 years ago – Mon, May 17, 2021 at 07:57:55 AM

Hello, everyone!

We hope you're doing well out there. We find ourselves in the middle of May (is this year flying by for anyone else?), so it's a good time to stop and ask: how do our fulfillment numbers look? Let's find out.

Fulfillment Update

Below is a chart I generate weekly for internal use. The intended purpose is for us to keep an eye on how our fulfillment is going, and whether we're fulfilling on time. Since this information is pretty relevant to you, I figured I would share it here, as well:

In this graph, blue orders shipped on or before our estimated fulfillment date. Red orders shipped later than our estimate. Yellow orders have not shipped, and are not yet late.

These numbers are accurate as of May 10th (so this doesn't include this week's shipments). We're making good progress on May's orders so far, which is good since it's the largest reward tier in the entire project. We are on track to wrap up the month by May 31st, and then we'll keep on pushing right into the June wave. Overall, things continue to look great.

Limited Edition Prints

As we've mentioned, Limited Edition prints have been delayed. These have all been ordered and printed, and are due to arrive with Crystal Sully to be signed and numbered any day. As soon as she's done, she'll ship them all to us, and we will immediately send them all out. So we're very close to that!

Reminder: Fill Out Your Survey!

There are still around 50 backers who have not responded to the survey. Currently, the bulk of these backers have been shifted to June, since they did not respond in time for April or May fulfillment. This "push" will keep happening if you don't respond by the end of the month, so please, if you have not filled out your survey and selected your items on BackerKit, respond to the survey invitation reminder emails! If you haven't filled out your survey, and can't locate an email from BackerKit, send us a message and we can send your invite to you directly.

Keeping It Moving

As we continue to work hard on fulfillment, I'd like to again thank you for your support. Between your rewards arriving, weather turning warmer, and life beginning to slowly return to more normalcy in many areas, we hope you're having a great spring, on the way to a terrific summer.

We'll check in towards the end of the month to let you know how fulfillment is going!

Fulfillment Update, April 2021
almost 3 years ago – Sat, May 01, 2021 at 07:22:13 AM

Hello, everyone!

Well, we've reached the last day of April, which marks the end of the first month of fulfillment. How are we doing? Read on for details.

Fulfillment Update

We sent out a brief update earlier this week, to coincide with the launch of our latest project, Dice by Wyrmwood & Dispel. This update doesn't have a great deal of news beyond what was in there, but we do have a minor update over the past few days.

As estimated earlier this week, less than 50 April orders remain unshipped. The majority of these remaining orders contain limited edition prints, which we are receiving as soon as they are ready, signed and numbered. Crystal Sully is working on that now, and needed a bit more time to make sure the print quality was where it needed to be. I am expecting these relatively soon. The other unshipped orders are the Masterwork Mausoleums, which took a bit more time. The good news is that the Mausoleums for April are complete, and will ship out on Monday.

Kickstarter Policy

Wyrmwood has a standing policy of sending a $25 Gyft Certificate to backers that have their orders shipped out later than the final day of the estimated fulfillment month. We will be following this policy for this campaign, so the remaining ~50 orders of April will include this certificate with their orders.

This Gyft Certificate can be used for anything on WyrmwoodGaming.com by entering it during checkout. Alternatively, we are happy to apply the balance to any other active Kickstarter campaign (currently, Dice by Wyrmwood & Dispel is live). To use your Gyft Certificate on a Kickstarter project, please send us a message and we will be able to take care of it for you. One note: the certificate CANNOT be applied during the campaign itself, and must be applied to BackerKit. For full details, please contact us via direct message.

Affected backers, look for the certificate enclosed with your order.

April is Over, May is Beginning

While we're going to be late with a handful of the April orders, does this mean May is going to be even later? Thankfully, no. Once we have the prints settled, we will have ALL of the prints for the campaign in hand, and the Mausoleums for May are well underway, as well. We have also built a good portion of the stock for the May orders already. In fact, on some items, we've already produced enough for the entire campaign! So fulfillment as a whole is looking very good - I look forward to sharing updated information with you in a couple of weeks.

Thank you for your support, and I hope the hundreds of you getting your April pledges are enjoying them! I'll be back in a couple of weeks to let you know how May fulfillment is progressing.
